Fund Overview
The Kirkland Income Fund is a principal preservation-focused, passive high-yield income fund. The fund lends to a portfolio of diversified, income-generating commercial real estate properties in secondary and tertiary markets across the United States that are home to small and medium businesses. This includes apartment financing that contributes to the rehabilitation of middle-income affordable housing. As a private lender, the fund steps in to provide essential financing for these commercial real estate borrowers when traditional banks are unable to lend, due to timing constraints or regulatory limitations.
It is a great option for investors who want to generate income from an alternative source other than stocks and bonds.
Experience Hassle-Free Passive Income
“Our continuing involvement in the Kirkland Income Fund generates some really nice passive income without actually having to physically own any real estate property.”
— Li Tan, Kirkland Income Fund Investor
