Every three months, all team members participate in an online company review session. This review focuses on the company’s objectives and discuss each person’s goals and successes in each work area. It also gives us a chance to assess our triumphs and identify places where we can improve. Additionally, we brainstorm together on ways we can excel further.

The Role
The Investor Relations Associate works directly with the Chief Investment Officer and the Marketing Content Manager. This position demands a strategic, client-centered, and teamwork-based approach to support our investor relations and business development efforts.
While procedures and processes have been set up, as part of your role you'll have the chance to help enhance, fine-tune, and advance these procedures and processes. Additionally, you will be a part of helping to identify areas where we can increase our use of AI to boost our operations, streamline processes, and reduce risks, then help bring these ideas to fruition.

What will you do?
Investor Relations Strategy: Assist senior management in developing and executing the investor relations strategy to effectively communicate our company’s vision, performance, and growth prospects.
Content Creation: Prepare high-quality investor presentations, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials to engage and inform current and potential investors.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, industry news, competitor activities, and potential partners to support strategic decision-making.
Event Participation: Organize and facilitate meetings, calls, and events with existing and prospective investors and partners, ensuring seamless execution.
Database Management: Maintain and update the investor relations and business development database and CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
Due Diligence and Deal Support: Assist with investor due diligence processes, investor on-boarding, and post-investment relationship management to ensure successful outcomes.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing insights to senior management.
Investor Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors through regular communication and updates, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investor relations activities with overall business goals and support strategic initiatives.

Benefits
Fully remote role with some flexible hours.
12 paid days off (two work weeks + two holidays).
Health care coverage.
USD $60,000 - $84,000 base salary. First year $69,000 to $100,800 with bonus.
Annual profit sharing and performance bonus.
