Property Updates
Properties from the Kirkland Income Fund Portfolio, periodically updated.
It’s exciting to see properties that have undergone transformations, in this case thanks to our KCG family of investors. Investors are doing good by fueling growth and rejuvenation through lending in secondary and tertiary markets while capturing strong returns. These properties are a testament to the potential that can be unlocked through our bridge loans. From dilapidated buildings reborn into thriving businesses, to multifamily properties that have been given a new lease on life, we're thrilled to showcase these transformations.
