About Kelly Hill

For over 25 years Kelly Hill has pioneered work in 3 distinct areas, Alternative finance/Private equity, Entrepreneurship, and C-suite leadership in both emerging information and platform technology spaces. Holding a broad range of experience in behavioral finance, investor relations, corporate strategy, bootstrap operations, international banking, business development and everything imaginable from launch to market strategy. Kelly started straight out of college founding Access Services, an investment and property development company. Of notable accomplishments: He facilitated the company’s transition from the private sector to public over its 8-year term, $37 million in revenue, which culminated in a structured buyout. Formed several private Class “B” banks in the international finance space, selling to the Energy and Pharma sectors. Bootstrapped several platform derived technology companies from scratch. Is the co-owner of several different patents in the information technology and motion space. Co-owns a scientifically based lifestyle brand with leading influencers in the media, film, and entertainment.

He currently sits on the advisory board of several other emerging companies in the financial, currency, global exploration, and technology. Kelly holds a BA from the University of Washington in Finance and international Studies, holds the CAIA (Chartered Alterative Investment Analyst) designation, and formerly on the leadership team as one of the founders of the Puget Sound Chapter of Market Technicians Association.

Kelly is an avid European car collector, vintage racing enthusiast. Rare book collector on Africa’s precolonial history, piracy, and early international trade throughout the Mediterranean and Europe. Speaks Spanish, English, and a bit of French. Spends the bulk of his time in the US, with occasional residency in Europe and Canada, with his wife, and 2 kids and wild Jack Russell terrier. 


Chris Carsley

Chris Carsley has 29 years of investment industry expertise specializing in portfolio management, risk management, valuation, regulatory compliance practices, corporate and venture finance, business operations efficiency, research & analysis, and hedging.

Chris is currently Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Kirkland Capital Group. He is responsible for portfolio management, risk assessment, and fund operations for the Kirkland Income Fund a micro-balance commercial real estate bridge financing fund. Chris is also a managing partner of Arch River Capital LLC that currently manages a seed/angel fund.

He is Co-head of the executive board of the Seattle CAIA chapter that launched in 2017. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1998, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst in 2011, and holds a BBA from the University of Portland.
