No one wants unfortunate surprises when purchasing or refinancing a commercial real estate loan. Therefore, Kirkland Capital Group has built a loan flow process that balances the ability to give early feedback on potential loan scenarios against the need for due diligence before funding.

With only an online loan scenario submission on our site, we will issue a scenario proposal quote (or tell you no-go) in one business day. 

With the Full Application (including the Personal Financial Statement & SREO), and the Property & Loan Workbook (T-12, Rent Roll, Pro-Forma) we can move to issuing a Term Sheet.
