A Borrower Authorization & Certification is required for every person with a 20% or more ownership in the property or entity holding the property, as well as any guarantors.

Steps

  2. Check your email for the "Borrower Authorization & Certification" document invite from PandaDoc
  3. Open the document, read it carefully, and check that your information is correct
